FAQ
Pricing questions
Is the free plan really free for 14 days?
Yes. The Hobby plan is free for teams up to 10 developers, with no time limit and no credit card required.
How is the Pro plan priced?
Pro is priced per active developer per month. A team of 10 pays $250/month, or $200/month billed annually (a 20% saving).
What counts as an "active developer"?
Any developer who pushed at least one commit in the billing period. Inactive seats aren't charged — you never pay for developers who didn't ship.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes, at any time. Switching to annual applies the 20% discount immediately and prorates your current period.
Can I try Pro before paying?
Every new account gets a 14-day Pro trial automatically — no credit card needed to start.
What happens if we exceed the Hobby request limit?
The dashboard shows usage in real time. As you approach the limit you'll get a prompt to upgrade — never a surprise overage charge.
Do you offer discounts for startups or non-profits?
Yes. Early-stage startups and registered non-profits qualify for discounted Pro pricing. Reach out to sales with your details.
How does Enterprise billing work?
Enterprise is billed annually via invoice with custom terms, volume pricing, and a dedicated CSM. Typical setup takes under a week.
